Over the years, there has been a solidification of discourse integral education in implementation educational and sports public policies. In this article, we will seek to understand how appears context policies through analysis documents from programs Mais Educação (PME), Novo (PNME) Segundo Tempo (PST). PME PST, holistic development as proposal for training physical classes having means experiences that have meaning. On other hand, PNME aimed at results returns favor unilateral reductionist vision. We conclude PST represented viable alternative phenomenological where sport was used develop axiological, affective aspects human training.
